Stone Seperator

 Stone separator used in cereal cleaning systems, as understood its name, eliminates the heavier impurities in the cereal grains such as small stone in terms of their specific gravities. Stone separator has accurate and stable design. The cereal grains fall down on the screen knitted from steel wire. Airflow from the bottom part of the screen by being sucked make the wheat spread on the screen float slowly. The wheat grains beginning to float by the effect of airflow generates the layers according to their specific gravities. The lighter ones come to upper part, the heavier one to lower part. Small stone and impurities being heavier than wheat remain on the screen. Also, vibrating of the screen by vibrator carries upward the heavier ones. The lighter ones - i.e. the wheat free of stone - flows down.
