Single Flour Packaging Machine

● Filling options into open bags with 25-50 kg. Rapid and sensitive weighing may be performed via loadceller. Engines in screws are driver controlled. Height leveling of bag carrying band adjustment can be performed easily and the height varies between 30 cm to 100 cm. Engine of bag carrying engine has driver, therefore the band can be operated with the desired speed. Bag carrying band height may be performed with engine, optionally.                                                    ● Sewing machine was mounted on a mechanic stand of which height can be arranged to front and back. Rope consumption is minimised by optic sensors used. Bag shaking unit is shaken vertically. Labour safety is provided via emergency stop button on bag filling unit. There are 2 digital capacitive sensor with aluminum body in flour storage.
