25-50 kg. Double Flour Packaging Machine

 ● Filling to open bags with double weighing unit within the range of 25-50 kg. Rapid and sensitive weighing may be performed via loadceller. Engines in screws are driver controlled. Height leveling of bag carrying band adjustment can be performed easily and the height varies between 30 cm to 100 cm. Bag carrying band height may be performed with engine, optionally. Band engine is driver controlled.                  ● Sewing machine was mounted on a mechanic stand of which height can be arranged to front and back. Rope consumption is minimised by optic sensors used. Bag shaking unit is shaken vertically. Labour security is provided via emergency stop button in bag filling unit and movemenet of the personel is enlarged in our design. The scale under conic has been seperated in a 2 parts and it can be controlled with a clack. İn this way 1. scale left the flour and reserve air comprassion has not precisions effective in the 2. scale. There are 2 digital capacitive sensor with aluminum body in flour storage.
